yea wtf.. at first i was like "MMM chocolate cake!!" then i noticed what i thought was a knife was really a scalpal.. then.. to my dismay i gradually realised that it was not cake.. but some kind of disgusting heart.. you sick bastard!! lol

you guys must of been pretty fucking hungry when you looked at it. to me, it looks like a heart cut in half by a scalpal...lol. it's symbolism man.
