So, a lot has happened in the past couple of days. I realised that it wasn't fair that I had to sit in a library, alone, teaching myself things I would be able to learn back home. Okay, so I am dating myself (but not DATING myself), doing the cabbage patch in regards to you coming home. You are the bravest person I know. I agree, how can you view this as failure? Well, failure to stimulate your mind, failure to keep you thirsty for knowledge, failure to fulfill the hopes you had about attending school abroad? Okay, there's that. No matter what, we're all very proud of you.

Your coming home! I'm so happy to hear that. I think you have made a wise decision. Why waste a whole year being uneducated. You could apply to be the teacher, they probably could use someone with a brain. It's so rare to be so young and have such a thirst for knowledge. I wish even a third of your generation felt the same. I really wonder what America is going to be like with our current youth running the country. I shudder to think. However...
