Medical Info: Victor is a cyborg :D :D though you wouldn't be able to tell this at first glance (unless you have that kind of ability). Anyway, if you open him up you'll find circuits and stuff like that, but he was also created with a SPESHUL TECHNOLOGY that will allow his robotical parts to become identical to his human ones with time. High tech, yo.
Eyes: Brown-green (electric blue when he's using his powers)
Hair: Brown
Physical Traits: Latino, tall-ish, slender, and really hot, k. His body build is not as impressive as Chase's, but he's got nice pecs and arms. :Db
What's Okay To Mention Around Him: Pretty much anything but Big Spoilers from Season 2 (after Karolina leaves). Contact me first for those, please!
Abilities: Oh boy. Superhuman speed and strenght, electromagnetic powers, and photographic memory. He is also highly intelligent, and since he's a cyborg, he can hook up with computers and stuff.
Notes for the Psychics: If you peek inside his brain, you will find LOTS OF MACHINE CODE. At least half of his thoughts are undecipherable unless you're a machine, but for the rest, Victor thinks a lot about his future, super-heroes, and geeky stuff in general.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Sure thing!
Hugging/Kissing/Other non-violent physical contact: A-okay! Just keep in mind that kissing might involve sparks. 8D
Maim/Murder/Death: THE CYBORG IS ROBUST. However, I'm still not sure if he's the type who would save or not (LOL MORAL OBJECTIONS!!1), so nothing fatal, please.
