Someone's gotta ruin it for you

It's Monday, and even though I've been up since 10AM, I haven't really done much at all today.

I woke up and listened to the keynote of WWDC, looked online for work, and have been lazying about surfing the internet, reading things, and thinking about things. Perhaps its a day that I need off just to be lazy ( Read more... )

The James Bond screening at the Egyptian sounded fun and I would have liked to have joined you but I've got a bachelorette party that night.

I'm so sorry someone broke into you car. I've never had it happen to me but what I hear a lot is that it's not the things they steal but how violated and cynical it makes you feel. My friend Sarah had her car broken into and all they stole was a pair of flip flops. Who does that?

On an unrelated note, have you ever heard of the Olympic Spa in K-town? I've been meaning to go for ages.. perhaps you'd like to join me?

That is awful and I am glad you're taking it so well. My apartment got broken into once and the only things stolen were my best friend's shoes and some cash. She loved those shoes and although they were brand name, it was unbelievable that people would steal used shoes.

People are such assholes! I think you're taking a good stance on this, though. Hopefully karma will hit them triple-time! A tattoo of a rat would be awesome... one of my friends just got a pet rat, and it's adorable. That photo shoot sounds really interesting!

Go for the tattoo! hehe no I'm not objective, I love tattoos, and I love rats!
It's good that nothing worse happened with your car, you're right, it's better to see the good side of bad events, you could have been car jacked or have a car crash so in the end it's not so bad, even if it's annoying that you lost things you loved in the process.

Sorry to hear about the break-in. :S I guess the positive thing is you didn't get mugged, which could have been worse... It is sad to lose such sentimentally valuable stuff though.
