all of these are 'common sense' things for me, but at the same time, it's good to see them laid out like this as a reminder. I think I should re-post them in my journal.
And they came at an opportune time, so thank you for posting it. :)
Yeah I've been yo-yo girl for a while now, so today I was looking up some things to get me in the right mindset. This time around, I'm just feeling far too rebellious to look at a 'meal plan' and have any desire to follow it, so figuring out my own thing will have to get me started. :)

Hah! I'm at the same point. I stopped doing WW last November and never managed to get back on, so I finally cancelled my online account a couple months ago.
I'm just trying to make better food decisions right now and get some regular exercise in. I'm finding that being on WW for so long has, actually, affected the food I tend to gravitate towards, so that's been good. The one thing killing me is the thing that always kills me, though: portions. Bleh.

So glad that you found the words of wisdom from the 208 masters of weight loss in my books to be helpful! Please note that this information came from my book, Thin for Life: 10 Keys to Success from People Who Lost Weight & Kept It Off (Houghton Mifflin, 2003) and any use of the material from it needs to be credited as such within each blog. Many thanks, Anne M. Fletcher, MS, RD
