Potato candy

Have i ever mentioned on here that i am allergic to the world? Food allergies are the hardest since they are mostly things that taste so damned good... like nuts, bananas, milk and wheat. there are others too, but that isn't the point

My grandmother and I used to potato candy all the time :) We used to freeze it though, if I remember correctly.

I tried this last night.
and when I woke up this morning it was all gone. I only got to have one piece.

This sounds surprisingly delicious, and far less frightening than store candy. I'll have to try it!
