"I've learned that I'm not coming back next year." Those were the words that Mr Buswell said to a group of 7th and 8th graders (plus me) this afternoon. At 2pm, he learned that they needed to lay off 2 teachers in the Math department, and due to his lack of tenure, he and 1/2 other teacher(s) (we don't know who / if it's 1 or 2) are being laid

He said two others were getting fired though, didn't he? I talked with some people, we think Mrs. Fishbein and Mr. Shoemaker are getting fired as well.

Something kickass needs to be planned. He was (was...was - I'm never going to get used to that) too awesome not to do something special for him.

yeah... i mean, we just don't have enough money in the schools to pay all of the teachers the money they deserve.
so it's not that buzzy is bad or anything, it's just that they had to make really hard decisions.

but what we could all do is help advertize schools in a positive way, trying to get people to pay those extra taxes for the schools. because thats the reason why we don't have the money; those fucking rich old people who don't give a shit about anybody but themselves, and don't want to give money to the schools.

BUZZY= MY FAVORITE.
Although I was not a BTXer, I had an amazing theatre experience with him, and did try out for BTX although my theatre capabilities were lacking.
