What makes you laugh? Not much anymore. James and Sirius used to be able to make me laugh so easily. They were hilarious when they got together. I'd honestly never met two people who could get into more trouble without even trying. And Remus; he was funny in his own way. You couldn't not be amused by the 'I told you so' looks he'd shoot them ( Read more... )

Thank you for answering, dear lady. I am saddened to hear that laughter is so absent from your existence these days, but I will not insult you by pretending not to understand. I would wish, though, that laughter and joy might return to you in the future.

I do have another question: is the Draco Malfoy you refer to the boy young man I met recently?

We can all stand up to a dark wizard who's threatening our very existence when we're older and we understand things, but for a twelve year old to stand up for someone he doesn't even know? I admire that.

And it is an admirable act. My assistant, Vir Cotto, has always shown this kind of courage despite all attempts of life to teach him otherwise. It is one of the reasons why I treasure him, and I understand your choice.

*nods slightly* That would be Draco Malfoy. Spoiled little brat who only believes in pure bloods and wants all muggles and 'mudbloods' killed.

Great Maker. Who taught him that kind of dangerous nonsense?

*suddenly an odd idea occurs*

He might have mentioned something about visiting the school headed by the same Professor Dumbledore you indicated in your replies. If this is the man in charge of education there, I am somewhat confused as to why young Malfoy still adhers to such bigotry.

There are some wizarding families that believe in the nonsense of purebloods and they teach their children this. Unfortunately, not even Dumbledore can sway these beliefs sometimes.
