Bill Ferny has totally figured out that hobbits born of male hobbits have a slightly magical quality (Elvish blood in them) and has decided to make a mint off it by forcing a very pregnant Frodo to have babies for him. Naturally Aragorn finds out about this and is outraged and appalled and must save the day. Only he has no idea where Bill Ferny is hiding Frodo. And he knows the baby must be due at any time.... bwaH!!!!!!

OMG I would kill to read that, lol! That is an awesome plotbunny. :) Just awesome.

You still have it, girl!

What kind of shape do you think Frodo will be in when Aragorn finds him? :D

I'm so glad you're enjoying the editing! They're lucky to have you, and you'll be learning such a quantity of new things.

It's a shame that Frodo caught an infection from the self-healing bacterial concrete they were using to repair Minas Tirith. A darn shame. And just when he was entering his eighth month!

I think I'll feel like an encyclopedia in a year, covering so many subjects, lol. Some are dry as a bone... I try to pass the ones on financial stuff up.

Oh, yes, poor Frodo! Adorable Frodo... laid up in bed and being cared for while in the family way. :)

Wow, editing for ESL papers must very be difficult. I beta'd a story for someone who had horrible grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, and every single sentence had to be reworked. It was long, laborious work. I applaud you for doing this. I hope it pays really well. lol.

I did one paper that wasn't too bad, because I could understand the person's meaning. But even on the best papers I find sentences that just throw me for a loop and that I cannot figure out. It's really laborious work and as you said, sometimes every sentence has to be rewritten. And add to the fact that the papers are technical... ugh! I try to pick the ones whose topics interest me at least a little bit.

Thank you! It's fun, and for a work-at-home job, I'm happy with the pay. But I wouldn't say it pays well... I figure most jobs work out to be around $10.00 an hour. It's not hourly work... each assignment has a value listed. The 18,000-word paper I did paid $286.00.

Thank you!! It's going to make life a little easier and take some of the pressure off of us, which is all I ask for right now!
