It sounds like you were very brave! Most kids are afraid of shots to some degree, so I don't know that you've necessarily passed anything down. It probably wasn't until high school that I realized I wasn't actually as terrified of them as I'd thought I was, until then there were many tears and much angst whenever I had to get a shot. I definitely never thought they were just unpleasant, so your kids may yet escape your phobia ( ... )

I don't remember if you recommended Vicks, but I remember you saying your arm was sore! I took a bath when I got home and have been using a heating pad when I lie down. I think it's helped: the injection site still hurts, but I haven't had much in the way of muscle aches. I remember you saying you had trouble using that arm, and I've been fine in that regard.

I have had fatigue, though (I was such a zombie yesterday, and yawned my way through work today), and some nausea, headaches, chills, etc. Nothing too awful. We'll see how the second one goes.

Oh, and CDC now says fully vaccinated individuals don't have to wear masks so you definitely can burn them xD
