I yearn for the gentle moon, the dreaminess of the air, the imagination of water, or even the stability of earth. Anything but this expectation to take the confidence of fire into myself.

This reads like a beautiful and poetic description of shyness, and I'm always sorry that shyness is so poorly understood by most people who haven't experienced it themselves. These words, I think, could change that.
