i realize that i suck at updating my livejournal. i do really good for a while and then i start to slack off and from there it just goes downhill. i think my big problem is that i like to post when there are interesting things going on in my life, some kind of drama that needs publishing for the public eye to view and either love, hate, pity or ( Read more... )

So there's this crazy alternative to the treadmill I've heard about...it's called RUNNING..you know, like outside. Wild...I know.

yes but i'm going to be staying at my grandmother's in the dead of winter, and her road NEVER gets plowed unless there's more an a foot of accumulation on it. i don't feel like slipping and sliding all over the road and breaking a leg trying to keep in shape. that and it's so twisty turny someond would probably take me out before they even have the chance to see me.
