soooo newsflash.... i was talking to Mike tonight on one of our marathon phone sessions (since i never get to talk to him during my regular hours, and i have devoted many hours to claire in OUR marathon phone sessions and it's only fair) and he came right out and referred to me as his ..... gasp.... Girlfriend! and here i was this whole time

it wasn't sneaky, we just had a communication malfunction. as far as i know he's been a very good boy down there and i'm pretty sure i can trust him. he'll be joining us at least once while i'm down visiting so you are free to grill him with questions and such. don't worry, i can take care of myself, and if he ends up breaking my heart i give you full freedom to break any number of body parts of his to make up for it.
