You know this was the one animal I promised I would not give up if I wvwer moved in with a man or changed apartments ..It sucks I still cry (I'm crying now).. I miss her.. If I keep busy I don't think about her..but the min I sit down my mind wonders

I can't imagine losing one of my girls and I know someday I will, but even when I think about it, it makes me tear up.
And having the testing done and the new kitty vaccinated straight away is the best way to go. If they don't go outside, they'll never be exposed to the disease and if you keep up the shots, it just adds to the preventative measures.
I'm hoping the new baby I'm planning to get next Saturday comes up negative...I'd hate to have to put her to sleep even before I bring her home, but I couldn't bring a sick cat into my home with my healthy ones. I just won't expose them to something like that unnecessarily. And even with vaccinations, it's not a 100% guarantee the cats who are well won't catch the disease from the infected one.

The cat could be born with Feline Lukemia..So your rite as far as not bringing him in to the house with the other cats with out those results from him antoher thing.. if you have to put him down the vet wuld of charger me upwards of 145 dollars had i not sd I couldnt afford it it cost me 100 dollars at the vet ..The Humane society I belive costs less than 35 dollars to have them put down and disposed of..
