Writing prompt...

I was reading the NaNoWriMo forums and looking at the writing prompts. I've never done those before, so thought I'd find a good one to practice my writing. I need to do a lot more writing, especially if I plan on getting a whole novel next month! Anyway, I rather liked the first one I came across and thought I'd give it a go, so here's my attempt.

Thanks! :D I have been considering making it into a novel, just slowly adding entries when I feel like it or need a writing prompt or to practice. I think it will be something fun I can work on when I want to write and don't know what to write! Having it in diary format will help, because I can write short bits at a time and have good stopping points.

Oooh, I like it! But, uh, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?!
Do you know where you're going with this, or is it more of a "write & see" exercise for you?

More of a "write and see". I have no idea what happens next! It will be fun to write though, and I'll post the next update here. :D
