migraines are not. but, you know, shit happens.
1 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspon salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
(last time i added chocolate chips, this time ive added banana slices and walnuts)
combine dry ingredients. combine milk and egg. mix two together, stir only until blended. then stir in butter. cook 1/4 cup at a time on greased frying pan. yay!
