definately think private pictures should be made comm. only, i unno, i'd hate for my facebook pictures to be all over the internet.. like reallly hate it.
and i know there are a few going round of me and jack and last year of me and dempsie, so it'd get piss annoying especailly if they were bad photos (not that photos of either of these two are ever bad) oh and i'm rambling now.

I’m huge fan of RPS so am glad this place is here.

A lot of RPS communities are members only but it would be a shame to make this one members only. If they are not completely members only then fiction (in particular NC-17 + rated) and any personal photos are member locked.

Photos from myspace/facebook etc IMO should be allowed but locked because they were posted on the interweb anyway. Obviously any that include members of the public it might be wise to cut out or cover up that person - easily done in Photoshop

Moderated submissions - would be a lot of work for the mods. Moderated membership might work better cause you could check who the members are and what sort of person they are.

Yeah, moderated submissions could be a hassle, but we do have several mods, so it could make the task a bit more manageable. I'm all aboard for moderated membership, but does that mean we should dump all the members we currently have, then rejoin, or just let it be for those already here and moderate future members?

And your thoughts were totally great, not random at all. I agree on both counts of the NC-17 RPF (maybe even R too) and the whole pics deal. Thanks for your feedback!

i whole heartedly agree with locking pics posts and possibly other posts like NC-17 stuff.

some of u may have noticed that i've already gone back and member locked my photo posts and when i make new posts i will lock them aswell :)
