HO boy. My health is deteriorating before my very eyes. I slept 'till almost 4 today... Granted, I went to bed at 5am, but still... I missed two classes. That's bad. And my eating habits are terrible. I really, really need to lay off the carbohydrates. Seriously ( Read more... )

Also, you should totally go on skype tonight, because clearly you're on the interwebs, and we need to see if your camera works.

And yes, I totally will, but I have Astronomy from 7:30-9:00, so I can't call 'till like 10. And I fixed my camera! :D

It could be a mix of things... Dehydration comes to mind--if you're eating a lot of carbs, that could equal...er, dehydration (I'm totally guessing D: I know nothing of this dieting business). Also, stress. And not enough sleep.
ALSO are you on the comp/TV a lot? Because straining eyes = achey breaky head.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. It's probably a combination of ALL those things, 'cause they all apply to me. XD I wouldn't be surprised, the migranes are pretty bad.

You should probably go see a doctor (lol, I almost wrote "The Doctor"). But seriously, that would probably be a good thing to do. Also, for the sleep thing, try to get to see a sleep specialist. That's what I (finally) convinced Will to do about his not sleeping and such.

Nah, but seriously, I'm thinking of looking into the "seeing a Doctor" thing. I'd especially like some help with my sleep porblems, I've been sick and missing a lot of classes because I'm so tired. Hopefully that'll improve.
