Who do you need to forgive?
I don’t normally hold grudges, even if someone does something rotten to me. I was angry at my mother for a long time. I guess I was mad at her for being her. But anyways, I’ve already talked about that, and I’ve already forgiven her.
I found out recently that I was adopted. Yeah, she wasn’t my biological mother, but she loved me. She was my mom. My brother, Andy, doesn’t get it. “She wasn’t even our real mom,” he says. I have to say, I’m still angry at him. He’s always been like this, a bit of a prick. Even when we thought she was our biological mother, he didn’t help out with any of her funeral arrangements. Andy actually found the adoption papers for us. He didn’t even bother calling to tell me. Dr. Macy knew too, but he also didn’t tell me. Andy’s just always been irresponsible. I can’t blame him; it’s how he was raised. I’ll probably forgive him tomorrow. And Dr. Macy, while he should have told me, I can’t stay mad at him. He’s been going through some things of his own. Forgive and forget, right?

What's your favorite thing to do to relax?
There are a lot of little things, like reading, or listening to music. That’s good for everyday relaxation, but when I really need to relax, I like to get away.
Traveling is just about the most relaxing thing in the world. You can just hop on a plane, go off to some exotic location, and forget about your real life, for just a little while. I’m not talking about running away and not dealing with your problems at all. I’m saying a vacation, maybe somewhere bright and sunny, with lots of fresh air, and a nice beach. Spas are nice too. Go somewhere to clear your head and rest. Then when you go back to your real life, you have the energy to start dealing with everything. No amount of relaxation can make your problems go away. You have to deal with them, or it just gets worse. I’ve seen it.
