I took the test and it said "extremely high" for major depression which I was diagnosed with at 15. It seems like the test that was performed on me prior to going into a school for students with severe mental illnesses.

Yep. It was needed for my IEP even though I had gotten a diagnosis at 15, they needed the proof that I was actually sick enough to be a part of their school.
