I just think it was very poor marketing strategy to put that offer out while people are in an uproar over the current changes.
Kids...:sigh: online friends count does not equal personal worth.
Both my boys have a Myspace. Just to prove a point I created a dummy account with false information and a pic of my pretty, blond cousin when she was a teenager. I friended them and chatted them up for a bit. After a bit I sat them both down and revealed that they had been talking to me. Yeah, it was sneaky and they were both embarassed, but now they know you can *never* be too careful about who you talk to online. They may not be who they say they are. Luckily, both boys had actually been pretty well behaved while the fake me was talking to them.

The symptoms aren't nearly as irritating as they were before.
