An update on the school situation

Damn it, this is escalating mightily. The meeting didn't help at all really, but there is a school board meeting tomorrow night. This was on the news again tonight. I'm starting to get scared to send my daughter to school. Not just because of the teacher, but also I'm afraid she could get caught in the middle of a crossfire of some sort.

I still say they should have just put him on leave in the first place. Geez, they are just making it even more complicated

Now is the time that they actually need to do something instead of tiptoeing around the whole situation and having someone follow him around! You parents don't deserve to put up with that.
Guy sounds like he should have been fired anyway. So tired of hearing about half arse teachers.

Man, it sounds like they really screwed the pooch with this - either transfer him to another school or drop the whole token guard thing. Either he's safe or he's not; the way they're handling this, it looks like he's NOT safe but they're either afraid to fire him or can't fire him due to union rules.

Hon, how do you feel about homeschooling?? *HUGS*

:sigh: Unfortunately, there's no way I could do homeschooling while I work my full-time job. I wouldn't be able to keep any sort of decent schedule because of often staying late and/or working double shifts. Finances are a *huge* concern right now so I can't say no to any overtime.

Yes, I'm convinced it's a damn union thing, and the school board screwed up as well with the not so covert cover up that only enraged parents more.
