I went to my second interview with Borders today. Yes, Borders called me, I was in shock too.

I GOT THE FREAKIN JOB!!!! :D

Though I don't think I would have the job with Jordan's mom, Ms. Prager's awesome recommendation. I love Ms. Prager  :  )

Congratulations on getting the job! What kind of employee discount do you get? Then again, I bet a discount can be a very dangerous thing. It wasn't dangerous at Shoe Carnival because my feet are too big for any tempting shoes to fit me. Of course, I did spend more money on shoes, albeit with more value for my dollar...$40 for $60 Reebocks instead of $15 for $15 Payless crap.

hehe George Carlin on drugs would be scary.

The employee discounts I get are a 33% discount on books, VHS, tapes and I think cds too. and a 20% discount on DVDs and such.

Also a Borders Book Loan program. I get to loan two books from Borders for fourteen days. Yep, thats pretty cool. Cept they are really strict that the books get back on time otherwise...you get a warning.

The also have Demo cds, in the break room. If too many demo cds were shipped they end up in the break room and you can take as many as you want.

Now, I can actually afford to pay for stuffs and get more off my manga. yay! :)
