Its been so long since I've written and I thought I for a few dark moments I would leave LJ. But, I've been brought back after a long summer of seeing old friends, making new friends, trying not to strangle customers and working. So, since this new school year has started out crowded, frustrating and lonely. I've decided to make a list of a few ( Read more... )

Why no send application to NIU?

Because NIU won't take me in without my Associate's and I could get in if not for the problem of Math here at Harper.

With the Math admission testing I scored low and ended up in 050's Math. I only have one more chance to retake it and even if I did I would probably end up in the 060's Math. It would take me four years in Harper just to finish my Math, get my Associates and then go to Northern. Thats taking too long.

I know its farther away from Northern but I don't see any other options.

You could always transfer to WIU.

Cheapest state school, capacity for 35k with 12k students. They'll let you in. Also I would teach you Hapkido, but I'll be gone in a year (hopefully).

EIU is in a similar boat.

SIU is filled with the same bullshit as NIU for reapplication for 4 year unis.

I will definitely consider WIU and EIU with my transfer admissions.

As for Hapkido I am willing to set up a time and date. Hope it works out.
