really? too bad I haven't heard of that.As what I’ve heard, SME and the trio had their first hearing this month. And they refuse to settle things between as per the judge recommend them to do. There’s no such disbanding happened so far. And also, HoMin betrayed no one. That as far as I know. SME made them(HoMin) sign certain contracts before the dispute happened.I guess that's quite inevitable since SME saw things coming.I'm talking about the lawsuit filed by the trio. The company was really candid ne?
Please, feel free to correct me if you find this unbelievable.

Please don't believe the rumors. There is no way that outsider know exactly what is going on. I still remember that JCS speak about the case to their lawyers only, so any news about the case if come from Cassie or the close friends can be category as a rumor ( ... )

somehow i refused to believe and trying so hard to keep my faith.
but, whatever will be then will be.
of course i'd loved to see the 5 of them perform together as one,
but if it is really their heart desire to break up, i think we should support them.
anyway, since there's no official statement regarding this matter, let's keep praying, waiting, and keep our FAITH. ^^

the last i've heard about this is that the trio had won already and they are finally allowed to have solo activities is not true that they're breaking up
