Calcified Granuloma?

Ok, so that is what I was told over the phone today. Not cancer, but calcified granuloma. That was the only explanation given, not the cause, not the treatment. I have to go back in three months for another CT scan and then we will know more. A friend who is a nurse says I probably have histoplasmosis. It is really common in the ohio river
