... wait tahts impossible.
the government owes us all a different colored ballot. green doesnt work well with confusing ness...... i say black. to match the text color. it would be a lot easier

black on black is the democracy way.
green paper always seems like it's smirking at where it came from. therefore, yes, confusing.
