The internet is pissing me off to no end these days...

At some point, websites began deciding for you what language you want everything to be in. This would be fine if there were always a readily apparent setting that would change it to the preferred language, but this seems rarely the case

In simple terms, it's another computer you pass through before going to the internet. That way it will look like you're surfing from a computer stateside.
