I can understand why people might believe otherwise, as we generally don't see everyday consumer goods and low-end stuff stamped with 'Made in the USA.'

This is not news - if you work in manufacturing.

I work for a mid-sized contract electronics manufacturer: headquarterd in Small Town, Wisconsin we've got plants in North America, EU, Asia. The percentage of North American vs Asia staff is 40/60.

The revenue breakdown is 60/40.
