I'm not a fan of children who aren't raised appropriately...or who aren't parented at all. (I guess that mostly makes me a NON fan of bad parents)

But mostly I'm good with the littles as long as they are someone else's! ;P

Generally, Korean children aren't 'raised' by their parents at all. They're at school all morning until the afternoon, then immediately shuffled off to various private after-school schools until late, late, late in the eveniung.
