Alright. So I'm sitting in the library, bored out of my mind. It's the first summer semester, and so far the only people who really seem remotely interested in being in the library are the governor's school kids. Yeah.... The thing with the bracelets is that the people claim that they are giving them to you as a present. But they LIE! They will end up following you around through the streets until you end up paying them for the bracelet that they "gave" you. So, Julie told us to just say no thank you to avoid them following us. And they weren't all that nice, anyway. It was just some piece of thin ribbon. Yeah...
