I am so sorry to hear all this. I'm sure I speak for us all to say that anything we can do for you, we won't hesitate. It's always a pleasure hanging out with you and having fun so that one's easy!
my thoughts go out to you Scott. My Grandmother was just diagnosed with Parkinson's, and my Uncle passed away 2 years ago from complications of ALS - "Lou Gehrig's Disease." It's very difficult to cope with life-shattering neurological fates. I don't know what you're personally going through, but I hope you cherish the time you can spend now as you already know.
I'm just some random fellow happened across the entry via reading a friend of friend of friend's page. I recently suffered a wrenching fraternal loss myself, one that pinned me right down in the bowels of who I am and where I come from. You're a solid brother to let those around you know about your trial; it is these close folk who will steady you when you'll need it most. My deepest regards and a silent prayer to you, not for miracles, nor amnesia, but to know a measure of peace while you wrestle with the great love you hold for your dearest, and for you to come though it, having said and done the things you'll need to say and do, to be whole.
