By 'kangeroo eating yogurt', does it mean the yogurt eats kangeroos, or that it is an kangeroo that is eating yogurt? And is that actually how you spell yogurt anyway?

Well, considering that the kangaroo is holding a little tub and spoon, I think we can safely assume that it's the latter. And it's how those wacky Americans spell it.
