Yes, but they want to be paid, and as it is I am not sure I'll be able to get enough money from a renter to cover the cost of keeping it. With prices being so low, I doubt anyone feels obligated to pay much in rent.

i don't think that's true at all. start browsing the for rent sections on craigslist and other places that are offering what your condo is offering and how much they are charging in rent.

you could always list your condo on craigslist; a lot of people find apartments on there.
