I'm glad it went well! The Sushi Garden thing is really bizarre. At least the Bear Tooth seemed fun, even if the movie was late by 45 minutes(!). I wouldn't worry too much about the lack of physical contact, he might just hyper-trying to not creep you out.

Oh, Jess, I'm glad you had fun! :D Dating online can be super-scary, worse than a blind date that a friend sets you up with because at least in the latter case, the friend can assure you he's not a crazy stalker/sociopathic murderer/whatever.

Yay! I'm glad it was a good date overall. ^^ I'm so confused as to why Sushi Garden wouldn't let you order sushi! An hour for sushi?! That's crazy. Unless they were so busy and all the other customers had backed up their sushi chefs.

Yeah I'm sure they were swamped, which was disappointing. But she should have told us when we sat down. And we *could* order it, we would just have had to wait an hour for it to be ready, and she strongly advised against it.
