Today i started my physical therapy. The stretches hurt so bad i really don't think they are humanly possible. but then they did this ice and electro-shock therapy thingy that actually felt really good. Then i went home and recovered, then i went to soccer, then youth group, which was pretty fun. Now i'm home and tomorrow i'm going to Wild Waves
