Chata, Rekka Katakiri and Haruka Shimotsuki are best friends with one another. :o They used to have a group called Shimochamin and they used to have a radio show called Harechatta Utatane Biyori. And Manyo's pretty known in doujin circles as a composer for games and BGM and his vocal work is all sorts of fantastical, especially with his work with Little Wing. So really it's like... collaboration of the titans, haha
I knew that they always collaborate with each other, but I had no idea they were actually all friend-friends! I'm excited for Griotte no nemurihime since they're all collaborating again, even though I think Haruka's been getting blander lately.
The only time I ever really liked Haruka was when she collaborated with bermei.inazawa because otherwise I do find her a bit bland. My favourite out of the three is Chata, but that's probably because of Dango Daikazoku and her work with Yoko Shimamura.
LOL, it's sad I only know Haruka and Rekka from the Volkslied vocal collections....I'll have to say "Koikaze Tayori" is so grand IMO....I might be interested after I review "break time" to see if she's fine for me.
I'm sadly not feeling ALIPRO's album (it's my first one). hmmmm might take me awhile before I'll like it somewhat.
I wouldn't use break time as a representative of Haruka's music...it sounds way too generic-anime theme song compared to her other music. Tindharia no tane is a pretty nice album though if you can download it.
ALI PROJECT are definitely an acquired taste, haha. Either you're fanatical for them or don't get the appeal.
