i'm sorry...i really would want to live with you. but unless i'm kicked out of this apartment agreement, i have to stay with it. it's annoying because the girls still haven't contacted me about it even though they freaked out like a month ago. and i'd be okay with having my car there...the only problem is that i'd be away on co-op for half the year, and might have trouble finding a replacement for the times i'm gone.

but cheer up. i'd try bribing piecrust with some movie poster he doesn't have but wants, so that you have someone. he could have been a really good prospect =/

If its that desperate why don't you just post on Craigslist, at least in the sublease list. Get someone for a few months at least, might find someone you like, otherwise just kick them to the curve.

I know it might seem like a paranoid prospect, but if your that worry its better to spend the money and get a lock on your door then to have to sell the house. In a lot of ways non friends are superior anyway b/c they know if they don't pay you can just kick them out, as apposed to using the friendship to avoid paying, which I guess this one guy is doing.

Right now I'm living in a place in California that I found on Craiglists. Its going fine, and you can always ask to meet in person before you rent to them (which a lot of people wanted from me but I couldn't deliver since I was in Cincinn. when I was looking for it, but yeah whatever makes you comfortable with the idea).
