I think that had he been himself there at the end, he would have listened to Dean. Though, part of me wonders if the fact that Sam tried to kill him didn't do some damage too.

I think not!crazypants powerful Cas will always listen to Dean to some degree. I don't think he can help himself.

Totally frakking awesome!

I even loved Cas bringin the apocalypse, funky.

Sam living forever was amazing and deeply poignant.

If I'm honest, I didn't really understand how Anna and Meg helped though. It was still a good ficlet, but I could have done with a little explanation. Maybe my brain isn't functioning today or something ;)

I think Miriam was my fave too.

Oh, this is just amazing. Each of these scenarios were so plausible - and I did also wonder if Castiel, in his arrogance, would want to open the Cage! The final alternative was my absolute favourite, I loved the impression of Anna, Meg, and Claire confronting Castiel and 'defusing' him while somewhere in Jerusalem, Dean was kept out of the way.
