Oh, but they've covered that too. There's this little rule they didn't tell us about when we interviewed and isn't in our contracts: we will receive NO raises while in the program. See, it's a training program, so you don't get raises while you're in it - no matter how long or short the program is. So my only chance of increasing my pay was by negotiating a higher salary when I move into an office. But now apparently I'm getting screwed there too.

perhaps. but don't show up unless you're in a full business suit, with full hair and make-up. blow torches ok, as long as you don't break the dress code and for god's sake don't show any cleavage!!!
