[Griffin is only keeping his NV around for this exact reason. When he sees Carrie's text, he just stares at it for a couple minutes. It's not the first time he's known someone to come back from the dead. But is the first time it's someone he knows, someone he-- well, someone he knows.
He Jumps into town, checking around Carrie's known haunts. He keeps his distance, as he doesn't want to talk to her. He doesn't want to talk to anyone. But he sees her, eventually. Alive and whole. Completely in tact.
He lets out a quiet sigh of relief before leaving the scene without a trace. Now he just has to wait for Sarina.]
[Griffin gets the message about a half hour after Michael left it. He had been getting back in touch with his Playstation. As the phone rings, he's already changing clothes, getting ready to head out to see the old man.]
