Caroling? Going out in the cold?! Away from the creature comforts and the television to *sing*?!! While SOBER?!?!?!? ARE YOU MAD!?!??!!?!?!??!??!
So, you're saying that if I manage to raise the holy day (er, holiday) hype to fever pitch we stand to make *millions*? And if I keep that pitch for many months in advance of the actual day we can make *billions*? Uh, where do I sign?
Take my hard-earned money and just *give* it away to some worthless piece of *expletives deleted* that is too lazy or stupid to get a job?! HA!
Risk losing my job/career/reputation/life for actually having the gall to speak the words "Merry Christmas" in the hopes of sharing a little holiday (holy day) spirit and bringing maybe just a touch of happiness into the life of another feeling person? I think I'll just say "Bah, humbug" and leave it at that, thankyouverymuch.
