You know cranes are a symbol of eternal young? So ironic because Jessica will be forever young because she's gonna die (Or is she? Do I sense a plot twist?)

every chapter makes me happy but also sad because I just want more and more. I feel like I should slow down to make it last longer, but I just want to lap it all up.

Jessica's cockiness is so amusing, but I can't help but wonder what all the haughty sarcasm is covering up. I'm really curious about what her illness is. and if she really does want to fold a thousand paper cranes, and what for.

Hehe. I did indeed write those poems, inspiration coming from people and songs. Thank you! I'm replying to these in a backwards order, btw so some of my other replies answer your questions. P.S. your TaengSic fic burns my heart.

Once again, great chapter. The lore about the cranes, the Emperor of the Heavens, and the zodiac in the last chapter adds really nice touches. (I didn't know you had to burn them after! I knew reading fanfiction promoted overall life knowledge!)

The way that the relationship is developing between T and J is deep and three dimensional with funny moments sprinkled in. Definitely hits this reader in the feels.

Also, really loved this quote because it means so many things on so many different levels: “It’s to distract them. Sometimes a good story is all you need for a good laugh or moment to take you away from reality.” So true.

I didn't know you had to burn them either! I was quite appalled at that fact, haha. So happy you picked up on that line. I really love putting little life lessons or reminders in my fics. :)
