I'm so glad that you posted this fic here. I have a bad feeling that I may never make it back to the comment fic meme at the rate that I'm going, so I'm really happy that my f-listers are starting to post their stories on their own sites. I want to read, but don't have time to hunt through the meme for the gems!

I'm glad that you picked this prompt and picked this particular topic. In usual HH style, he started a storyline and then didn't carry it through to the end. Of course, Hodgins would be upset by Wendell/Angela, even though he genuinely likes Wendell. It's a human reaction.

Booth grasps the bottle again. He's going with option number two, a lot more drunk.

I liked this line... in the midst of the angst and discussion, it adds an air of levity.

"And remind me, when was the last time you stepped in front of a bullet for Charlie?" Hodgins continues as he relieves Booth of the bourbon. "Or brought me Chinese when I'm working late at the lab?"Excellent line from Hodgins. Way to totally nail what everyone is thinking without ( ... )

You and me both! As you'll probably guess fics are not on the top of my reading list right now either :)
I'm not posting on ffnet at the moment, so I decided to put anything I post in my LJ. Makes me feel all organized ;)

Of course, Hodgins would be upset by Wendell/Angela

Hodgins being upset about Angela was the first thing that came to mind when I saw this prompt. I wish there was more Booth/Hodgins friendship on the show, Sinkwriter puts it so well; the show uses Sweets to fix things instead of allowing the characters to have real moments between each other.

I did have fun writing this. Drunk characters allow you to have them voice things more freely. Booth is not fooling anyone, but for most of the time they play along. It makes a nice change not to have them do that.

You did such a great job with characterization in this ficYou don't know how happy you make me with those words. With Hodgins and Booth I really rely on playing back things they say and ( ... )

This has been on my to-read list for ages and I am finally crossing items off my list. :) Lovely one shot. I adore Booth and Jack interactions and have loved seeing their relationship change over the years.

There's been a sad lack of Booth and Jack interacting on the show lately. Sweets with his little psycho (or should that be psychology...) chats with the others just isn't the same.

Yes I miss Booth's interactions with Angela and Hodgins and Cam to be honest. He is either with Brenna, Sweets or Hannah this season.

I wish they'd replace some of the Booth-Hannah interaction in favor of Booth-Angela/Booth-Hodgins/Booth-Cam. I'd be prepared to give up Booth without a shirt for it!!!
