I *love* Texas, especially Austin! I don't have much love for my hometown, Daytona Beach, Florida, and it's a great change to be in Texas. I am enjoying it a lot. I actually lived in Oklahoma for a bit in 97-99.

I'm from the DFW area, have traveled to all of the main parts of TX but have only been to Austin once so my opinion of it is probably a bit dated. If I had to choose my other favorite (major) city in TX would be San Antonio. Went to FL twice and found it to be overrated. The only positive thing I can say about OK is that it has nice scenery once you get out of the City areas.
