I passed by an interesting sight at an auto parts store on my way to my first class this morning. A car had run into it. Not just bumped it, but ran INTO the store - right through the front of the building! The entire car was inside. Once I wrapped my brain around the image, I figured if they were going to do that, it was handy it was an auto ( Read more... )

I am sorry to have it just appear as a comment. I didn't know him well, but being an upstater myself, his was a familiar name from lists and such.

That's not a problem. I'd promised him a ride on my motorcycle, which he never got. I'm planning to go out for a ride Friday in his honor. At least in a metaphysical sense, he can choose to take me up on it then, if he still wishes to do so.
