Holiday's Headcanon Meme

Jan 27, 2012 20:27

SO. I found this meme on Tumblr earlier and I thought that I would try it out for Holiday, whom I RP over at The Wake on LiveJournal. Holiday's been going through a lot of stuff and I think doing this might toughen up my character of her a little bit. Anyway! Here we go!

1. What does their bedroom look like?
In canon, at Providence, I always imagined a pink scheme for some reason. I really don't know why. And imagine her room at the dam base is more sparse, a lot like Six's is in those few times we seen it. In Nautilus (which is the city where the Wake is set and of which I'm going to use for an example), I've described her room as almost empty. She has been living it in for about 8 or so months now, though. It's not really spartan, because the bed and a few of the knick-knacks have her touch. Like she has a picture of Beverly and long mirror on a wall. Her closet is filled with almost random, from her old Providence outfit, her black and white field suit (in case she would need it), some tie dye lab coats (don't ask), and an orange yukata along with a few Providence issue jackets. So, it's not themed or anything, but it's definitely HER room.

I'm not going to use Nautilus in all of these. It is headcanon after all. I just wanted to describe what her room turned out to be, so maybe I'm close to canon?

2. Do they have any daily rituals?
Coffee. Morning report. Lab Tech. Etc. Etc. Both at Providence and in the dam, her job is her life. Before that, school was her life. It's basically wake up, inhale coffee, go to work, inhale more coffee, work until you crash. I'm sure she has other, little things, but I wouldn't put out of the ordinary.

3. Do they exercise, and if so, what do they do? How often?
Holiday seems like the kind of woman who would join a gym, right? WELL. At Providence, I'm sure she would end up getting the on sight gym all to herself, given odd hours of being bored (after or before work) and the want for privacy (cause guess who many grunts will be going "DAT ASS"). At the dam, her work load is less, now that she doesn't have to jump through mundane redtape anymore and just get to the heart of the problem, so I'm assuming she would work out more, since she has more time and less strangers to go "DAT ASS" except for Six and his Doctor Beautiful comments. Providence, I would say, at least, once a week and more if she can fit it in. The dam, whenever she can. Though, I wouldn't imagine her to be the type to use the equipment too often. I would think she would be more into the kickboxing thing.

Which is odd, because in Nautilus, she doesn't work out. She does a lot of combat Bending (like magic, I guess) training, but she doesn't actually work out with her body. I know that this needs to be fixed, because it's been in the back of my mind forever, but the woman is always busy doing something.

4. What would they do if they needed to make dinner but the kitchen was busy?
HA. LOL. LOLOLOLOLOL. Alright, first of all, whenever Holiday wants to make dinner, I'd imagine the kitchen is suddenly, magically busy. Holiday doesn't cook. Not because she's stuck up about it or something, but because everyone says "NO I DON'T WANT TO DIE". Holiday does, in fact, want to cook more often, but isn't given the chance because of her horrid cooking ability. We've seen in canon that she had turned a cake to stone. This had led me to believe that she's not just an awful cook, but a creatively awful cook.

Example. An awful cook would try to make jello. Then jello wouldn't harden and stay liquidy and they probably end up eating drinking it anyway. HOLIDAY spends five hours making her jello and right before she takes it to put it in the fridge, it suddenly and spontaneously catches fire. I'm not done. The fire then spreads across the counter top and up the walls. There's also a well placed gas stove in the way. She hasn't been sitting and screaming the whole time, oh no. She's been running in circles trying to find something to put it out with. She grabs the nearest thing, a water bottle, and throws it at the fire like a hand grenade. There is no damage. Six or Callan or whoever was closest and not scared shitless at the time runs in, tries to drag away, tells her to give up and just fucking leave it, argues, eventually gets her out, evacuates the building, and calls the fire department on speed dial, because this is not the first time this happens.

And that's how Holiday makes jello.

So. If the kitchen's busy and Holiday's hungry, she either finds a microwave, orders take out, or scams someone into giving up some of their food.

5. Cleanliness habits (personal, workspace, etc.)
Depends on what her space is being used for. She's usually sparse with her things and organized, but if it's files of some sort of break through or something, expect that shit to be littered everywhere. Her space would be like her brain and, during times like that, it would be a jumbled mess.

Other than that, I wouldn't think she would clean too often, unless she found herself with nothing better to do.

6. Eating habits and sample daily menu
Holiday eats pretty healthy... most of the time. If someone didn't cook, then she would probably turn to cereal or fruit or something like that. There are times where she would she would hit fast food or a microwave dinner or something.

To put it simply, if she had her own kitchen, the counter tops would have bread and fruit baskets and things like that on it. While the fridge is filled with leftover Chinese and Burger King. Woman needs to eat somehow.

7. Favorite way to waste time and feelings surrounding wasting time
Holiday very seldom has free time. When she does, it would be taken up by reading or, most likely, finding something to do to help someone out. One of her best and favorite pass times, is worrying about other people, so she would look for problems to fix and fill the remainder of her schedule with. So, in conclusion, she doesn't get a lot of free time and she kind of doesn't like it, either. Sort of makes her feel useless.

8. Favorite indulgence and feelings surrounding indulging
Chocolate. All of the chocolate. Because chocolate is chocolate and she is an overworked, underloved woman who needs her fucking chocolate. She will bite you if you don't give her and/or take away, her fucking chocolate. CHOCOLATE... That's about it, honestly.

9. Makeup?
Holiday does wear makeup, but it's tasteful. She obviously does take care of her looks, though, it's to a point. I doubt she realizes how beautiful she is. She's not the type work on her hair for hours or go to get a manicure every week. She's a worker. The only reason her hair is up, at all, is to keep it out of her face and out of her way. I'd imagine that she'd get it cut, too, if she had the time. She makes herself look presentable in the morning, but she really isn't vain about it. She probably uses lipstick, maybe some base. Not the whole nine yards, at all.

10. Neuroses? Do they recognize them as such?
Had to google the big word. Emotional and Psychological Disorders, right?

Anywho, to answer, not really. Holiday doesn't have any all out disorders, but she IS on the edge of them for two different reasons.

One is something that I've found at The Wake. She cares a lot about others and doesn't anyone to worry about herself. Not to mention that she usually ends up with the people that need a caring figure the most (which is usually a stoic and emo killer or something). This has led to a TON of heartbreak, because they don't feel worthy of her help and shun her away. Because of this, she feels unwanted and unloved and buries herself in a hole of depression occasionally that contains nothing but herself. She won't let anyone else in and she won't talk about it to anyone. Six did twice. Both ended very, very, very, very, very badly for her, only making her belief of that she needs no one that much more strong. She can't hold the world on her shoulders, though, like she desperately wants to, so she falls hard. This can, and most likely will, lead to some severe psychosis disorder.

And now, two. Holiday is brilliant and most brilliant minds tend to get overwhelmed and putout. With the Number One combined with all of her willingness to solve the problem and finding the strangest ways to do it, she can go very crazy like Azula crazy rather quickly.

11. Intellectual pursuits?
Of course. It's Holiday. Obviously, she's looking for the final cure to the Nanite problem and (with a new episode) more information on these Dominion Nanites (The God Codes). Even in Nautilus, she uses her spare fairly often to figure out solutions, even though she knows that she can't bring it home with her. She just needs to know that it's possible more than anything.

12. Favorite book genre?
Good question... I would think it would be classic horror. She's not the type to sit and read Harry Potter (though, I'm sure she has), but her favorite would be something that would really make her think. Things like Frankenstein, 1984, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, etc. She probably likes things like Pride and Prejudice and The Scarlet Letter, too. Oh and anything by Jules Verne (Journey to the Center of the Earth or 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea). Science, adventure, science, horror, science, romance, and science. With a few dark themes, if she can help it.

13. Sexual Orientation? And, regardless of own orientation, thoughts on sexual orientation in general?
Well, it's pretty canon that she's straight, even if she could be Bi. (Shameless, because I love the BK/Holi pairing... for the angry sex, of course.)

She obviously has this thing for Six, so there's that. She's a very mature and reserved person, so it's not like she openly flirts much, so there's not a whole lot to go on, though my headcanon says that she doesn't swing that way. I don't know if she's thought about it, likely not...

Really, the thing with Holiday is that she doesn't have much time for dating and sex and relationships and things like that. I have no doubts that she's likely had a couple of one night stands that she's not proud of back in the day, but she's never put any real thought to a relationship, except when it comes to Six. She's always busy with something and, after the nanite event, there's just no time for her to find a mate and settle down anymore. As far as preference, though, I'm chalking her up as straight.

14. Physical abnormalities? (Both visible and not, including injuries/disabilities, long-term illnesses, food-intolerances, etc.)
Hmm... Well, no all out disability, unless it's some sort of nerd thing. I mean, I can totally imagine a scenario where she's like "I'm okay. Asthma's acting up, but I'm okay." XD She's so adorable.

No food intolerance, that I can see. Food is food and food is yum. She's probably not much on greasy stuff, though, but we've already talked about that above.

Scars, though. I'd imagine that she has one, if not several. Working in the Petting Zoo, protecting her sister? Yes, she has been hurt a few times. I don't know where and I don't know how bad it is, but I highly doubt that she unmarred. It's likely something on her forearm or back. She doesn't like it, at all, and is pretty self-conscious of the injury, but it's one of those things that just makes her sexier.

Also, she probably has a small nick on the roof her of mouth where a horrible retainer accident happened. XDDD Adorable.

15. Biggest and smallest short term goal?
"I WILL FINISH THIS DAMN BOOK EVEN IF IT KILLS ME AND EVERYONE AROUND ME." Most likely, anyway. Like I said, Holiday's a busy woman, but a smart and curious creature. I'm sure she has plenty of things she wants to read and just doesn't have time to get it down. But this is the small one.

I would think the big one would be grad school finals. I call this a short term goal, because she was only up and studying until three in the morning to make sure she made 100 and not that damn 98 again.

16. Biggest and smallest long term goal?
Smallest? Headcanon says that this was proving herself to her mother/family. I say mother first because I see two family scenarios going on. Either the mother was seriously pushing her to be what she is now or the father wasn't in the picture at all and the mother was too busy to provide either of the girls any real attention. That's the smallest.

The biggest is obviously saving her sister. She did that. Or well, Six did. Now, it's changed to a Nanite/EVO permanent cure. After that, it'll be forcing herself to settle down and managing to drag Six and whoever else is in reach with her.

17. Preferred mode of dress and rituals surrounding dress
Well, canon touches on that pretty well, I think. The whole skirt and boots thing shows that she's a little eccentric, which isn't surprising, and I tad bit rebellious. Both of her outfits shows her want for functionality first and foremost. Not really comfort (cause THEM HEELS), but she wants to be prepared to kick much butt if the need arises.

Rituals? She isn't the type to dig through her closet to find things to wear. Even on a date. She wore a nice, simple dress in "Leader of the Pack" and I really don't think she spent all afternoon fretting over what to wear. I mean, she likely would if she had more than one dress. >_> This isn't me poking fun at the ONE OUTFIT animation. Just like Holiday doesn't have time to cut her hair, I doubt she has time for shopping, much less dress shopping like that.

She's likely been to quite a few Galas and things (and gotten bored of them quickly), so she would have a dress or two lying around. Two is likely the maximum, though.

18. Favorite beverage?
COFFEE. COFFEE. ALL OF THE COFFEE. THAT BEAUTIFUL COCOA BEAN OF AMAZING.

She wouldn't like her coffee overly sweet, but pretty creamy. She's not above a cappuccino when she can get her hands on one. Other than that? IT DOESN'T EXIST.

19. What do they think about before falling asleep at night?
Well, like a normal person her age would fall asleep, really. She thinks about all of the problems, what she accomplished that day, what she didn't accomplish that day, and whatever is most heavily on her mind at the time. Some nights is harder to sleep than others.

20. Childhood illnesses? Any interesting stories behind them?
Eh, well, she probably had the chicken pox and the usual at some point. I'm sure that whatever she got, her sister would get, and vice versa for the two.

As far as anything serious goes, I don't think so.

21. Turn-ons? Turn-offs?
Likes: Someone who will listen to her and speak an open mind. Taking her wants and needs into consideration. Small surprises (of the good kind). Someone who is caring and considerate of others. Likes spending time together doing nothing in particular. Common sense. Can handle themselves.

Dislikes: Selfishness. Someone who focuses on her body and not on her. Someone who easily blows her off for something else. Closed minded. Always thinks that they have to spend money on a date. Always thinks they need to get her nice things, whether she asked or not. A coward.

22. Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen?
PFFT. I don't imagine that the Doc is that great at drawing, but if she had absolutely nothing to do, she would draw little animals with shades on. And probably a bunch of stick people with shades and jackets. Not because she likes Six, but because it's hilarious.

Either that, or she'll jot down notes on whatever ideas for potential stuff that she's thinking of at the time. But most likely the first one.

23. How organized are they? How does this organization/disorganization manifest in their everyday life?
Well, we talked about cleanliness earlier. She's organized for the most part, unless she's coming up on a breakthrough in something. Then the space is beyond NOT CLEAN. Papers and ideas and everything is just scattered, but she knows exactly where everything is. So, it doesn't really hamper on whatever she's doing. So long as no one walks in and tries to clean up. She'll be angry, then.

24. Is there one subject of study that they excel at? Or do they even care about intellectual pursuits at all?
Again. It's Holiday. Her main area of expertise is the Nanites. But that's not right, is it? The Event happened four or five years ago in canon. They didn't know enough about Nanites to teach, so how is she an expert?

Well, she isn't an expert, really. Caesar is. Her expertise is basically Biochemisty, Nanotechnology, and Medicine. I would say this is my headcanon for her three PhD's, but from seeing her work, it's a little obvious. I usually forget the Biochem one, though. I'm so awful.

25. How do they see themselves 5 years from today?
I would say dead, but Holiday's a bit more optimistic than that.

Either still fighting the good fight against Providence and whoever else or done with whatever happened and finally settled down.

But while she's an optimist, she's also a realist. She knew the danger before she became renegade and it's just so much worse now. One wrong move could screw up everything and, in her case, whoever the bad guys are will either take her hostage to try and drain information out of her or kill her on spot, depending on who it was they were facing at the time. She knows this and is very aware that it'll all turn on a dime in less than a day.

So. Yeah. Needless to say, this a topic she doesn't think about too much.

26. Do they have any plans for the future? Any contingency plans if things don’t workout?
See the above answer for the most part.

Contingency plans, though? Ton of them. A fuck ton of them. For every single possible situation that could happen, she has a plan and is prepared for it. Still, she knows that the strangest things can happen and she can't prepare for all of it, so the original answer still applies.

27. What is their biggest regret?
LOL OH GOD.

Her biggest regret is everything to do with her sister. For some reason, I have the headcanon that she was taking care of Beverly and they had gotten into a fight before she turned. I don't know why I think this, but I do. Even if that's not right, I still know it's everything that has to do with Beverly. She wishes it had been her more than anything.

28. Who do they see as their best friend? Their worst enemy?
She considers Six to be her best friend. Even if you don't ship them, you can't ignore that. They do care about each other and they have the same views about many things. He was the only person that she could count on for a long time for just the basic of things. I mean, he was the only one that wasn't willing to kill Rex. He was the only one with her for finding a cure. Yes, it was for ulterior motives, but so were hers. He wanted it for One and she wanted it for Beverly. It was still better than letting the world burn.

Worst enemy was White Knight for a long time, until he started trying to wedge out the stick in his ass (which she had some hand in placing there in the first place, really). Now, her worst enemy is definetly Black Knight. She can't think about the woman without adding "that bitch" at the end of her sentences.

There's also Dr. Fell and Breach, for other reasons, but she doesn't deal with them constantly and they aren't really around right now. Plus, Breach is kind of a special and fragile case.

29. Reaction to sudden extrapersonal disaster (eg The house is on fire! What do they do?)
Quickly find a solution and take control of the situation... unless she caused it. See my jello rant above on that. But if Rex caused it or something, she's all momma bear on that issue and focusing on giving comfort, making the best of it, and fixing the issue in any possible way that she can.

30. Reaction to sudden intrapersonal disaster (eg close family member suddenly dies)
Basically, the same as above and mentioned in a few other answers. She would focus on everyone else, giving comfort where needed, etc. She wouldn't deal with it as her own problem, until she was alone and allowed to be weak for a little while. She would likely crash and have to rely on someone else to pick her up again, but she hates that so much.

She wants to be the rock that everyone can lean on when they need it and that doesn't have to lean on anything else for it's own support. She wants to be that so badly.

31. Most prized possession?
Pictures. PICTURES PICTURES PICTURES. Of family. Of Beverly. Of Rex and Six (and Bobo, even the monkey). Of Rex and Noah coming back from Prom. Of White and Six upon finding their new base. Of Rex and Six when Rex came back. Rex's birthday party. Her parent's wedding. Just ALL the things.

32. Thoughts on material possessions in general?
Well, from seeing the above answer, you can guess that she's not really "I MUST HAVE THESE SHOES OR I WILL DIE" or "NUU MY CAR IS INJURED" and such. The only material possession she wants is (you guessed it) the cure. And funding to find said cure or, in the S3 case, to feed everyone.

33. Concept of home and family?
Her memories, her people, and the bonds she's made are the most important things to her. Hands down. Remember when she threw the potential cure away to save Rex in "Gravity"? That still applies. Short answer because it's obvious.

34. Thoughts on privacy? (Are they a private person, or are they prone to ‘TMI’?)
Holiday's a private and reserved person. Even if someone asked, she's not going to run down the entire story of he said, she said and all that. That being said, she's not quiet either. She doesn't keep things to herself and, if she wants to tell someone, she does. But she's not renting out billboards or something. She has her group of friends that she talks to, but she doesn't talk their head off like some people are known to be able to do.

35. What activities do they enjoy, but consider to be a waste of time?
LOL Reading them books I mentioned earlier. She enjoys it, but at the same time, she's kicking herself because there's more important things that needs to get done. Stopping and talking with people is another one. Shopping is another one. Little things like that. She doesn't do these things often, but when she does, all she thinks about is what she SHOULD be doing... Not very enjoyable.

36. What makes them feel guilty?
... Do you want specifics? Well, her sister being EVO, Rex being gone for six months, things like that which is out of her control but she blames herself anyway.

On a regular day, chocolate, too much coffee, not being able to stay up her self imposed twenty-seven hour work shift, possibly annoying Six with flirtations, having something go out of her control, getting in a spat with Rex, the list goes on.

37. Are they more analytical or more emotional in their decision-making?
A lot of people have this thing where Six is pure analytical and Holiday is pure emotional on decisions, but that's not right. Granted, they sometimes have more of one than the other, but that's because of certain situations.

I'll say Holiday's usually more emotional, but she's still analytical and, again, a realist. Like my jello scenario from earlier! (That came in handy!) Six was trying to drag her away from the fire while she was trying to save the doomed jello, because she had worked hard on it and wanted others to enjoy. Six knew it was a lost cause and not worth it, but she knew the risk and was willing to take it anyway.

So, a lot like that. 60% Emotional. 40% Analytical... Or is it 70/30...?

38. Would they consider themselves a Type A or Type B personality?
I guess that Psychology class came in handy.

Anyway, she's more of a Type B, with a few exceptions. She can get impatient and SUPER PISSED pretty quickly if you push the right buttons in the right order. But she is calm and reserved for the most part, so I'm sticking with B.

Just don't piss her off.

39. What recharges them when they’re feeling drained?
Other than coffee? She doesn't like energy drinks. Really, just stepping away and going to do something else for a few minutes, be that walking around or talking to someone, revives her pretty nicely.

Only that, she doesn't do it. When she does, it's because she's been pulled away because of some sort of issue. Other than that, she's working on the task and will just crash quicker because of it. She thinks if she leaves, she'll forget where she was and things like that. Don't we all?

40. Would you say that they have a superiority-complex? Inferiority-complex? Neither?
Uhh... Neither really. If it's anything, it's inferiority. Now, she does know how to use her name to pull strings and she doesn't take anyone's crap, but she doesn't think herself above the people she cares for. If anything, they're above her and whatever is going on with them comes first before anything. If something goes wrong with them, she usually will blame herself, especially if they don't let her help. More often than not, she considers herself to be useless when it comes to them pushing her away.

41. How misanthropic are they?
Another big word I had to google.

But anyway. Yeah. No. It's Holiday. Again. There are times when she HATES people, but she would give herself up for humankind and the greater good if she had a chance and it WAS the right reasons. She's not going to sacrifice a city to save the rest of the world like White Knight would. She would find a way around it, like Rex did. (And she's very proud of him.) So, no. None at all. If it's anyway, then it's just her time of the month.

42. Hobbies?
Reading. Talking. Thinking. Writing notes. Exercising. Walking around for new scenary, things like that. I doubt she does crochet or anything.

... Though, she probably does have something. A collection. Probably rocks or seashells or buttons or stamps. Something like that. Probably stamps. Or butterflies. Most likely butterflies. I could totally see her doing that.

43. How far did they get in formal education? What are their views on formal education vs self-education?
Three PhDs. So, pretty damn far.

As far as formal versus self goes, formal. There needs to be a teacher or expert involved to teach you things that you don't know and to explain/describe them properly. The only thing that's good for self-education is a new breakthrough. That's what Holiday sees. I mean, even Rex has a tutor, even if it's her sometimes.

44. Religion?
I don't think she's very religious. Her parents, maybe. Grandparents, definitely.

As far as the "oh well, she's a scientist so she must be atheist" thing. I think she goes by one of my favorite sayings. That just because something can be explained doesn't make it any less a miracle. I doubt she knows quotes from the bible and all that jazz and I doubt that she's attended church in the last, oh, 20 or so years, but I don't think she's discredited the entire thought of there being a God and what not.

Plus, she's respectful of other's beliefs, so she's probably open to just about anything. It's all knowledge, after all.

45. Superstitions or views on the occult?
No superstitions... until she watches that movie. You know. The movie that you get because you haven't watched a horror in years and it looks stupid anyway, so you get it, watch it, freak out, act cool, and go promptly to bed, alone, in the dark. The dark and empty lab isn't a better substitute either. This is half of the reason why she wants Six in bed with her... Alright, three quarters of the reason.

But no. Generally, she doesn't believe in that stuff and knows all about Hollywood's magic. Except that there are EVOs like that, but she's faced worse, right? ... RIGHT?

46. Do they express their thoughts through words or deeds?
Holiday is kind of on both sides of that. She says it, then she does it to solidify it, basically.

See, Six doesn't say things. He does things. Holiday will say things all day long AND she will do them after the fact. Example (that Holix haters with hate with rage). There was some crazy shit going on in Nautilus and Holiday told Six that she loved him. In response, he kissed her and she kissed back.

Actions may speak louder than words, but her words speak pretty loudly.

47. If they were to fall in love, who (or what) is their ideal?
Alright, just don't even look at Six, okay? Okay.

Remember all those "turn ons" I said earlier. Well, that's backed up by strong morals, a sense of right and wrong, ability to handle himself in any situation, doesn't treat her like an object or even just like another woman, and things like that.

Now, back to Holix. The reason that she is in love with (or crushing on, at least) Six, is because he was the only one that stood up to save the life of a kid, was willing to try a possible cure, was willing to actually listen to her ideas, wasn't ready to give up, and was just as willing as her to fight the world if he had to. I've said it a few times. He was the only person that she could turn to when it came to saving her sister, taking care of Rex, and the EVO problem in general. He would actually listen to her, understand her, take up for her, etc.

I read in a fanfic before that "she didn't need a white knight to storm the castle, but a green ninja to take it down from within." Six saved her from the rest of the world and though, at times, she does get fed up with his stoic behavior, she does love and care for him as much as she would a best friend. Except he also happens to be sexy and incredibly badass, so there's that, too. Bonus.

48. How do they express love?
I find myself repeating a lot of my answers...

She will say it, obviously, and she will give them as much physical attention that they both feel comfortable with and she can muster. But that's LOVE love. She also loves Rex and a few people that's in Nautilus.

She tells them that she loves them, too. She gives them everything she can, is amazingly loyal to them, takes care of them no matter what. Even no matter what they say or do. Nautilus had strained her a few times and holding on to that love is hurting her more than anything else, usually. But she doesn't let go, because she loves them. So... it just hurts more and she lets it. It's worth it.

49. If this person were to get into a fist fight, what is their fighting style like?
If she didn't have a gun, you mean? Cause she would have a gun. But if not...

I mentioned kick boxing before, but she would be more street fighter-ish. Depending on who she's fighting and how equipped they are, her style would vary. She would use her intelligence before her strength. Obviously, she wouldn't be able to beat someone like Dos, but I'm sure that her and Black Knight could be on the same level... Mainly because I want to see that fight.

50. Is this person afraid of dying? Why or why not?
Well, since people don't stay dead in Nautilus, Holiday has died twice. Both were horrible. So, there, no.

And in canon, too, really. She knows the risks and she accepts it. Like the first time she died in Nautilus. It could have been prevented if she had told someone else where she was going, but she didn't. She went alone and she knew the cost of going alone, but she did it anyway. And it got her killed. She did it, because the other options included others to know her deepest secrets and thoughts about the people she cared about. Like "Rex will turn into that monster again and he will be killed and there's nothing you can do to save him" and "Six is a killer and thinks of you, at most, as annoying." She didn't want anyone else hearing things like this, so she went in quickly and alone to make it shut up, one way or the other.

So, in conclusion. No. She doesn't fear death and, unlike most people, she'd prefer to die alone so it doesn't hurt anyone else... but if they happen to be there... it would be nice.

Wow. That's a lot of TL;DR. Took me a long time to do this. If you guys read, great and I hope you enjoyed it. If not, that's fine, too. I enjoyed it and feel better about my understanding of her now.

So, YAAAAAAAAY, FUN. XD
