exams, the flu and good food

So, my eczema picked a REALLY convenient time to go nuts. It's all over my body and the only thing that I think will help would be to take oral steroids. I can't do that because they weaken one's immune system, and not only can I not afford to get sick because I have exams, but my state is the swine flu capital of the whole country. So you're putting up with your eczema and refraining from taking steroids orally, because you're afraid you'll attract a virus more easily if you do take them?

I'm pretty sure the relative increase in the risk of catching a cold, is quite small if you're on a /short/ systemic steroid treatment. Besides, if you do catch a cold, the steroids could soothe the symptoms anyway!

If I were you, I'd reflect again whether it's worth to endure gone-nuts-eczema :)
