Finally, got to do something at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre. It's been a while due to exams and general lack of things to do at the Centre. I like being able to make a little difference in someone's life, even something as minor as being a support person and someone who will listen to them for a few hours.

PS I am very amused that you were able to sit through a film that froze 80% of the time.

No, it froze at the 80% mark of the movie...so I watched the first 80%.

Maybe you would like it, it was quite mellow. But it was dull for me compared to other French movies I've watched.

I have to give you some sometime. :D I think most of our family's desserts are Chinese or Cambodian, but a lot of our main meals are Viet or Thai.
