A/N: Lmfao ignore the cheesy description of Jessica, it's just the way I imagined Chulfoy would think about her.
”Heechul? Is something wrong?” asked Dongho with a worried expression on his face. Jessica looked weirdly at him and Heechul felt how his face became redder than a drunken Santa.
“I…uhm…HEH OF COURSE I’M OKAY WHY WOULD YOU THINK ANYTHING ELSE?” Heechul answered in an all too loud voice and took a few steps closer to the door. Unfortunately, he slipped on an icy spot, with the result of him falling backwards and his head hitting the ground, hard. The last thing he saw before the world turned black was Jessica’s worried face coming towards him.
When he regained consciousness again, Heechul found himself lying on a couch in a dim room. A fire could be heard crackling somewhere and in the corner of his eye he saw someone moving. When he tried to turn his head to see who it was, a throbbing pain shot through him and he couldn’t help but to groan loudly.
“Oh, you’re awake?” A voice sweeter than any melody reached his ears and suddenly, his visuals were filled with the beautiful image of Jessica, her long, blonde hair falling over her face as she leaned over him. She smiled sweetly at him and suddenly the pain in his head wasn’t as noticeable as before.
“Does your head hurt? Wait, I’ll get some ice for you.”
She disappeared through a door and soon returned with an icepack which she gave to Heechul. He carefully sat up and gratefully took it, pressing the ice to his head. Letting out a relieved sigh at the decreasing pain, he leaned back. Right then, Dongho entered the room followed by a man who Heechul guessed was Jessica’s father.
“Ah, I see the human’s awake!” he said with a loud laugh. “Welcome to Santaville. Dongho has explained everything and it sounds very likely that boss has something to do with it. You know, one would expect him to be a very proper person since he’s Santa Claus and all but he’s a strange person, really. But he’s a very righteous and fair ruler, though.”
“True,” Dongho said and cocked his head. “The question is though; do you think he would have time to see anyone now? After all, it’s Christmas soon and he should be extremely busy.”
“You’re right, but since it’s very likely that Heechul’s here because of him, he should go visit Santa. There hasn’t been a human here in years and considering how it all ended last time, we can’t let Heechul do whatever he wants to.”
“What? There have been more humans here?” Heechul asked, his eyes widening. “When was that?”
“Well…” Dongho began, but Jessica’s father interrupted him before he managed to finish the sentence.
“There has been one, and to put it in short things didn’t end very well that time. Don’t consider yourself our prisoner though because we don’t want to hurt you, it’s just that we can’t let you run to wherever you want.”
“Uh, okay,” Heechul said. He wondered who the other human was and in what way “things hadn’t ended well”.
“But it’s too late to go see Santa today, so why don’t we have dinner and then go to bed,” Jessica said and walked towards the kitchen.
“Oh! Food!” Dongho exclaimed and rushed in the same direction.
‘How old is he, really?’ Heechul thought with a snort but followed suit. Together, they all had a fun time cooking and at the dinner table, he actually managed to exchange a few sentences with Jessica without stuttering and babbling like an idiot, though he knocked the glass over when she smiled at him once.
When he went to bed later that evening, his mind was filled with Jessica rather than the thought that he might meet Santa Claus the next day.
